PTFE Lined Columns
Lining material: PTFE / ETFE / PO / PE
Lining thickness: Above 4mm
The maximum diameter can reach 6000mm, and the maximum height of each tube can reach 5000mm (vertical type or horizontal type). The detailed specifications shall be made according to the requirements of customer's drawing.
Features for Roller coating
1. Forming from thick film is available
2. Lining without joint
3. Good adhesion with bottom. It shall prevent high temperature with Negative Pressure
4. Complex shape for coating treating is available
5. Production cycle is short
6. Training cycle for operating worker is short
Requirements for Roll coating steel
1. Requirements for shape dimension of the steel billet
2. Reaction tank, container
3. The shape of inner wall should suitable for sand blasting, in case of difficulty, we should consider segment processing by using flange

5. The available formed length and branch height have directly relation with pipe fittings diameter.
